The company's core products include PRX, a new generation chemical peel based on TCA and hydrogen peroxide and Wiqo One, a chemical peel based on TCA salts to meet rigorous APAC market regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with ARCHIMED's goals and objectives.

- Collaborate closely with the investment team and portfolio companies to design and execute marketing campaigns that promote the company's image and brand reputation.

- Build and maintain ARCHIMED's digital presence and social media platforms, including website, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

- Manage the creation of marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and other materials.

- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscape.

- Produce and distribute regular newsletters, reports, and other relevant content to keep stakeholders informed about the company's activities and portfolio.

- Manage relationships with third-party marketing agencies and vendors.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Head of Marketing in a skin care or an esthetic medecine company.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think strategically and critically to gain insights into the market and competition.

- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills.

- Fluent in english and italian
