Since our launch in 2016, we have enabled homeowners in 13 European countries to easily install solar panels, batteries, electrical vehicle chargers, and heat pumps to make their homes solar-powered and sustainable. We are seeking a Head of Marketing who will be responsible for the Italian marketing strategy. With the support of our global marketing team and General Manager, you'll define and drive key OKRs and metrics with a clear roadmap of milestones. What you will do Paid Marketing: You are responsible for our paid marketing, coordinating our IT performance agency, and defining our lead volume and CPA goals. SEO and Organic Marketing: You coordinate and implement SEO strategies and organic marketing activities. Brand and PR: You develop and implement brand and PR concepts, executing them successfully in the Italian market. Monitoring and Reporting: You monitor, optimize, and report on the success of marketing initiatives, steering them based on our KPIs. Agency Management: You competently manage our marketing agency partners by defining their goals, initiating suitable projects, and ensuring target achievement. Budget Management: You are responsible for our marketing budget, continuously analyze it, and proactively develop strategies to optimize our marketing costs. Cross-Department Collaboration: You work closely with our sales, operations, product, design, brand, and PR departments, providing valuable input. What You Bring Marketing Expertise: You are a marketing all-rounder with at least 3 years of professional experience as a senior marketing manager, either in a company or agency. Experience: You have experience in paid and organic marketing, as well as brand building. Knowledge: You have a degree in Marketing, Media or Communication. Data-Driven: You base most of your decisions on data and can communicate ideas, content, and metrics clearly to various stakeholders. Project Management: You have led projects from strategy to implementation, always with an eye for detail. Budget Management: Large budgets are familiar to you. Technical Skills: Ideally, you have experience with Google Marketing Platforms, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Data Studio, and Google Analytics. Interest in Trends: You have a strong interest in the latest web trends and technologies. Communication: You have the ability to influence and network with external and internal business partners. Language Skills: You speak Italian at a native level and fluent English. Team Player: You are a true team player, eager to leave your mark and make a difference as part of a dynamic, ambitious team. Hiring process Screening phase: 1st interview with HR Manager (remote). 2nd interview will consist of a Role Play with your future manager (remote). Final interview with the Italian GM at our office.
