- Deep understanding of the dynamics of the mobile gaming market and current industry trends

- Effective leadership skills to inspire and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and a results-driven culture

- Analytical skills and experience using data for strategic decision-making

- A commitment to achieving measurable results with a focus on KPIs and ROI.

- Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with key industry players, influencers, and potential partners

- Russian and English languages
