**? What You'll Do**:
- **Craft and execute marketing strategy**:Design a forward-thinking marketing strategy that blends innovation and data-driven insights to increase awareness around AccessiWay's brand.
- **Leadcaptivating campaigns**: Develop and implement the company's Marketing and Communications strategy to achieve growth and sales goals.
Spearhead multi-channel campaigns that inspire action and boost brand visibility, lead generation, and customer loyalty.
- **Cross-functional collaboration**:Bridge the gap between product, sales, and design to create a unified and compelling customer experience.
- **Market intelligence and foresight**: Stay ahead of industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitor moves, turning insights into growth opportunities.
- **Data-driven decision-making**:Leverage performance metrics to refine strategy, improve campaign performance, and prove the ROI of your initiatives.
- **Champion global expansion**: Localize our marketing approach for new markets, playing a key role in our European growth journey.
**Who We're Looking For**:
- **Proven experience**: With at least 10 years of experience in marketing (preferably in B2B tech or digital industries), you're a master of crafting impactful brand narratives.
- **Passion for digital accessibility**: A strong interest or experience in the digital accessibility sector is a plus.
- **Inspiring leader**: Proven experience leading marketing teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
- **Analytical skills**: Skilled in analyzing data and KPIs to make data-driven decisions.
- **Global mindset**: Fluent in English (C1 or higher) with an ability to work in an international environment.
Knowledge of additional European languages is a bonus.
