Head Of Marketing And Communications
The Head of Marketing and Communications will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and implementing the ROCKWOOL Core Solutions marketing and communication plan, both internally and externally, increasing awareness of the ROCKWOOL Core Solutions organisation.
The role will have an international focus, with a specific emphasis on European countries (English, Polish, German, French, Italian and Spanish language).
The primary focus will be on Branding and Marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and brand positioning.
Additionally, the Head of Marketing and Communications will be responsible for developing and enhancing the organisation's communication.
They will craft compelling stories that captivate audiences and drive action.
The Head of Marketing and Communications will manage the Communication & Digital Officer Reports and will report to the ROCKWOOL Core Solutions Marketing & Development Director.
They communicate and collaborate with product management teams, regional marketing, and sales teams, managing external agency partner relationships.
This is the role
- Lead and coordinate the marketing approach with a focus on digital channels.
- Execute the development of cross-channel marketing efforts to achieve strategic targets.
- Create relevant content across different channels and types of media.
- Develop and implement a road map that defines the set of initiatives to achieve key performance indicators.
- Plan digital campaigns that drive measurable business results
- Leverage new and innovative digital opportunities.
- Identify and manage agency partner relationships and evaluate performance.
- Lead the localisation process of marketing and communication initiatives and tools in the six languages of the organisation.
- Work with internal and external partners to drive initiatives through to execution.
- Lead annual, quarterly, and monthly digital campaign planning processes.
- Prepare material for management presentations.
- Measure KPIs and prepare periodic overviews.
- Manage the performance process of the Marketing and Communications team.
- Ensure compliance with for all marketing and communication productions.
This is who you are
- A Bachelor's degree (a Master's degree is preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and communication management, working cross-functionally.
Marketing agency or corporate experience with a focus on social media and digital channels is preferred.
- High proficiency in the use of Marketo, social media, CMS systems, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Budget management experience.
- Superior analytical skills.
- Ability to craft business-relevant content into stories that engage the target audience across channels.
- Excellent presentation skills, including the creation of well-thought-out presentations for delivery to C-suite executives.
- Team-oriented with the ability to earn trust, work with, and influence others.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute projects from beginning to end.
- Self-driven, organised, proactive, and service-minded with a can-do attitude.
- Fluent in English, with French and/or German proficiency appreciated.
- Ability to travel as required (10% of the time).
