We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Manager to spearhead the marketing efforts for Alva.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to promote Alva, engage our target audience, and drive the adoption of our cutting-edge AI product.
Your strategic expertise in brand, product, and social media marketing will be essential in shaping the narrative around Alva and positioning it as an indispensable tool for the crytpo community.
This role combines strategic thinking with the creativity and engagement needed for effective marketing leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies, focusing on product positioning and marketing messages.
Create diverse content, including tweets, blogs, videos, infographics, and case studies, to effectively communicate key product features and benefits.
Manage digital marketing campaigns, monitoring their effectiveness and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Explore new opportunities and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and strengthen our market presence.
Analyze paid, earned, and owned media to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
Social Media Management: Assist in developing and executing social media strategies and content across platforms such as X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Telegram.
Produce a wide range of marketing materials, including blog articles, social media posts, and website copy.
Schedule posts, maintain social media calendars, and monitor social media channels to ensure consistent engagement.
Track and report on social media performance and engagement metrics, making recommendations for improvement.
Engage with the community and key opinion leaders (KOLs) by responding to comments and fostering meaningful interactions.
Provide support in executing PR strategies and product announcements.
Key Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing and social media management, with a focus on multi-channel campaign management.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Exceptional English writing and communication skills.
Interest in and knowledge of AI and Web3, with a preference for experience in GenAI, DeFi/Crypto, or fintech.
Deep understanding of degen culture, memes, and web3 lingo.
Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and analyze performance metrics.
Strong multitasking skills, with the capability to handle various tasks and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience working in a remote setup and collaborating with teams across global time zones and diverse backgrounds.
Strategic thinker with a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
