As a result of an important growth project, the Company is now looking for the:Head of Mechatronic EngineeringReporting directly to the CTO, she/he will be the key figure in product development of innovative solutions and turn them into successful mass market products.

We are searching for a person with a passion for technology and mobility, who is fascinated by the idea of working on complex miniaturized mechatronic devices. Responsibilities:You will be the leader of the product regarding the mechanical and mechatronic part, in terms of designing and simulation, product specifications implementation, design for functionalities, manufacturing and costs, having a direct role to shape the way people move worldwide. Design, simulate, and validate core mechanical and mechatronic components, delegating simpler tasks. Conduct FEM, fluid-dynamic, thermal, and electro-mechanical simulations; proficient in SolidWorks and PLM systems. Enhance product development processes, documentation, and validation. Define specifications, support QA in testing, and establish manufacturing and assembly processes. Assist suppliers in supply chain development and mass production setup. Communicate design choices effectively and oversee assembly and quality control. What we look for:Master's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Aerospace Engineering (PhD is a plus). Passion for engineering, product design, and sustainable mobility. 7+ years in mass-market mechatronic design with strict volume, cost, and functionality requirements. Expertise in design, simulation, validation software, and manufacturing for metal and plastic components. Detail-oriented, optimizing products for manufacturing and customer needs.
