What This Job Involves

As the Head of Office Capital Markets for JLL Italy, you will be responsible for leading the office investment team and office capital markets strategy.

Your primary focus will be on driving office investment opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful transactions in the office sector.

**Responsibilities**:

Develop and implement the office investment strategy for JLL Italy, in line with company goals and objectives.

Identify and evaluate office investment opportunities, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing, considering market conditions and client requirements;

Lead the due diligence process for potential acquisitions / dispositions, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment;

Prepare presentations and investment recommendations for clients and senior management, supporting decision-making processes;

Collaborate with clients, investors, and key stakeholders to negotiate and structure purchase and sale agreements;

Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and industry professionals, expanding business opportunities and fostering collaboration;

Coordinate with internal teams, such as leasing, valuation, and research, to deliver integrated solutions and optimize asset performance;

Stay updated on local market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes affecting the office sector, providing insights for investment decisions;

Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management;

Monitor key performance indicators, financial metrics, and market trends related to office capital markets activities, reporting on results to senior management.

Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field is required.

Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.

10-15 years of reals estate work experience

Unwavering passion for the world of real estate finance and capital markets, with a deep understanding of the office sector.

Exceptional strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to identify market trends, assess risks, and generate innovative solutions.

Strong network and relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and other brokerage firms.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Keen attention to detail and ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Advanced knowledge of real estate markets, economic factors, and regulatory frameworks.

Fluent in both English and Italian.
