Our client is the Italian Branch of a European Multinational Company and is an international leader in the Renewable Energy sector, with a strong presence in the Solar Market.

To strengthen its international structure while enhancing its presence in the Italian market, it has commissioned us to search for a:

**HEAD OF O&M

**Posizione**:

**The main responsibilities include:

- Overall management and coordination of the O&M department of the company consisting of Field Technicians, Team Leaders and O&M Managers in order to increase efficiencies and optimize costs.

- Managing the relationship with clients as regards to maintenance activities and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.

- Participating in regular internal meetings with the rest of the executive team of the company and contributing in the strategy planning and execution of the company.

- Supervise and Follow up on O&M activities, assessing internal resources and contractor performance, plant availability, Performance Ratio, contract and product guarantees, manage remote and onsite monitoring.

- Provide technical support for problem resolution for complex technical problems.

- Follow up on Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) regulations on O&M works on site.

- Manage communication and produce reports between the parties involved in the projects.

**Requisiti**:

**Main requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline, like Electrical Engineering.

- At least 5 years of experience in photovoltaic sector; experience in developing and implementing report templates, analytical tools and other O&M specific tools will be considered a plus.

- Ability to read and understand complex contracts about power plant management, operation and maintenance, including complex concepts (tax rules, energy policy, financial structures, corporate structures, business models, etc.

).

- Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills in Italian and English.
