Our client, a leading Vision Care company, is currently looking for a:

Head of Operations & Delivery The Head of Operations and Delivery will play a key role in the success of delivering vision benefits (exams, glasses, contacts, etc. )

to partners and individuals.

This position is responsible for scaling up the operations of this venture while driving quality service, financial performance, process improvement, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

The Head of Operations & Delivery will provide strategic insight and take the lead on many critical initiatives to achieve aggressive growth targets and launch the operations.

The Head of Operations will also play a key role in interactions with prospective customers where they will use a consultative approach to enable customer partnerships.

Areas of Responsibility: Provides senior level leadership and oversight to the overall insurance and benefit operations function.

Builds, organizes, coordinates, and integrates multiple functions involved in operational effectiveness including claims, implementation, plan set-up, membership, client services, and data management.

Responsible for the development of appropriate processes & systems, talent development, reporting & analysis, billing services, and financial performance of the operations function.

Leads and directs policy, process, and quality of insurance processes to ensure client KPIs are monitored and successfully achieved.

Presents findings and recommendations to executive leadership.

Negotiates with key leaders across product, sales, IT and other shared services to gain alignment on operations priorities and development.

Participates in external customer discussions as a subject matter expert in operations when necessary and relevant.

Works with leadership team to determine funding priorities and resource allocation decisions.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business or related field At least 10 years of experience in operations, continuous improvement, or related field Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to achieve strategic objectives and manage a budget Ability to work effectively and engage with diverse groups of people at all levels Ability to define an effective process, workflow, and systems design; and capable of developing measurable metrics to track progress Italian and English fluent Location: Milan
