We give customers the best value thanks to our marketplace model where qualified local installers compete for projects and thanks to our solar subscription (leasing) offering that allows customers to start saving money straight away without any upfront outlay We are a partner that our customers can trust - driven by our Scandinavian values of fairness and quality, we are a public company with a pan-European presence and tens of thousands of satisfied customers About the role We are looking for a determined Head of Partnershipwho will lead and expand B2B partnership initiatives within the Italian market. This is a strategically important role to ensure rapid, solid, and sustainable growth in Italy. You will be responsible for the Otovo partnerships development by defining, executing, and leading strategies alongside the Local and Central partnerships team. By acquiring, onboarding, and managing key partners, the goal is to generate new customer demand for Otovo through partners' channels and customer bases, thereby boosting Otovo Italy's business. In this role, you will report directly to the Italian GM and work closely with our VP of Partnerships. Additionally, you will support your GM on other strategically important business development projects. What you will do Leading the partnership BU development and crafting and implementing strategies with the Local and Central partnerships teams. Securing, integrating, and managing key partners to create new customer demand. Identifying and leveraging new partnership opportunities to drive growth and reputation. Managing LeadGenerators to add additional paid demand. You will work closely with other Otovo functions, such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, and country GMs, to leverage synergies across the organization that benefit our partner base. What you bring 3 years of experience in a similar role (B2B sales / Partnerships /account management), preferably within renewable energy Experience in digital Marketing actions and activations Ease and confidence in reaching out to new partners and passion for building long-term partnerships Clear and convincing communication skills Courage to question the status quo and come up with out-of-the-box solutions Data-driven and target-focused approach Be a true team player, willing to leave your mark and make a difference as part of a dynamic, ambitious team Fluent in English and Italian.
