Job description

We are looking for an exceptional Head of Partnerships and Venture Scouting to look for partnerships and possible acquisitions in the Digital Real Estate arena: PropTech, IoT, community apps, community management, building management and community development.

Responsabilities

- As Head of Partnerships and Venture Scouting, you will:

- Source and identify the best cases for possible partnerships and acquisitions

- Analyse companies operating in the Digital Real Estate industry and teams to make investment and partnership decisions

- Help to negotiate partnership agreements, term sheets and ensure that Planet wins the best partnership and acquisition opportunities

- Present opportunities to our Digital Partnerships and Acquisitions Committee

- Run investment processes with our partners

- Build and maintain strong relationships with top tier partners and C-suite executives

- Hire a small team of global partnerships and acquisitions experts

Experience & Skills Essential

- Past experience as Head of Partnerships or as Venture Scout or equivalent

- Passion for analysing companies for potential partnerships or acquisitions

- Relentless drive and desire to be the very best at what you do

- Proactive approach and take ownership of everything you do

- Ability to sell yourself and Planet Smart City

- Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills

- Genuine interest in learning and are proactively looking for ways to improve

- A strong network of relevant professional connections in Italy and Europe

- Excellent written and spoken English and Italian

Education Essential

- Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent, ideally in Economics, Finance or Engineering
