BioTalent are partnered with a global Biologics CDMO specialising in early phase development to support the hire of a Head Of Process Development based in the Lazio region.

In this role you will manage and support upstream and downstream process development department for internal and external projects.

This role will offer you

- This role offers the chance to lead a specialised team whilst providing key insights to technical projects and working closely with collaborating clients.

You will be responsible for

- Ensuring project milestones, timelines and deliverables are met through the effective ownership and management of process development activities and schedules.

- Communicating with internal and external clients, representing the division and coordinating the introduction/transfer of new processes and technologies.

- Leading the process development team in order to ensure effective performances from individuals, and that team members are successful in their roles.

You will bring the following

- You will have a proven track record of success within industrial biopharmaceutical development projects, including hands on experience across upstream or downstream development to produce biologics via mammalian expression systems.

- You will have experience with leading people or projects within an industrial environment, and working collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
