If that is for you, we want to hear from you!Your role in BizAway:People Strategy and CompliancePartnering with the company founders, define the short and mid-term people strategy for BizAway. Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect best practices and the evolving needs of the organization. Optimize Talent Acquisition and OnboardingDevelop and implement a streamlined hiring process that attracts top talent aligned with the company's growth objectives. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Develop and execute sourcing plans to attract qualified candidates through various channels. Enhance employer branding by promoting BizAway. Enhance Employee Retention and EngagementDesign and execute programs aimed at improving employee retention, engagement, and satisfaction. Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and implement action plans based on insights. Performance Management and DevelopmentEstablish a robust performance management framework that aligns individual goals with organizational objectives. Implement leadership development programs and career pathing initiatives. Data-Driven People MetricsEstablish a people analytics dashboard consisting of key metrics for informed decision-making. Monitor turnover rates, employee satisfaction scores, and other relevant metrics. Culture and Values ChampionAct as a culture champion, promoting the organization's purpose and values throughout all HR initiatives. Foster an inclusive and diverse workplace culture. Support for Scaling OperationsCollaborate with the executive team to align HR strategies with business objectives. Identify and implement scalable HR solutions. Employee Relations and SupportServe as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, guiding employee relations matters. Demonstrate experience in a strategic HR role with an understanding of best practices and employment laws. Ensure that employees have access to resources and support for issues related to people policies. Leadership and Team DevelopmentFacilitate leadership training and development initiatives. Encourage collaboration and communication among teams. Your basic qualifications:Proven experience in building out an HR function in a fast-growing digital business. Strong capacity to build and lead an effective talent acquisition team. Strong people management and team collaboration skills. Proactive and reliable approach, with excellent organizational skills. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Proficiency in People Management Systems, MS Office, Google Workplace Suite. We are also interested in:Experience in a sustainability-related field and performing ESG due diligence. Experience with labor laws, compensation, and benefits strategies. Commercial focus and mindset. Ability to work in an evolving, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment. Strong English level, verbal and written.
