The Role
We are looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to join our fast growing Italian Marketing team at MioDottore!
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and grow the Performance marketing team, comprising of 3-4 digital marketing expert.
- Understand competitive business priorities, target user profiles and marketing objectives to create overarching strategies that will guide the greater marketing team.
- Effectively communicate plans across market teams and business units.
- Collaborate and partner with marketing leads to develop and execute performance marketing strategies for specific segments and campaigns.
- Leverage data and analytics to inform strategies and optimization.
- Consistently communicate results with the greater team.
- Recommend optimizations or innovations to current channel mix.
- Identify and experiment with emerging technologies and new tactics to continue expanding our digital marketing toolkit.

**Requirements**:
**Essential Skills and Experience**:
- 7 years+ experience, matured within a sales B2B contest (preferably healthcare industry)
- 3+ years of direct people management experience
- Proven Ability to
- work collaboratively in a team environment at all level in the organization
- communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in written
- understand business demands and constraints
- use BI tools and reporting tools
- express new trends and ideas to management
- predict trend and try to know more from data
- enable and coach new hired/current marketing
- Knowledge of CRM systems and principles (SalesForce and Hubspot as a plus)
- Fluency in English language, written and speaking.
