Job Title: Head of Pharmacology – Translational Research Are you a seasoned leader in pharmacology with expertise in oncology and small molecules?

This hybrid role offers the chance to shape preclinical and translational strategies while collaborating with top-tier teams across the discovery and development spectrum.

Key Responsibilities: Leadership in Translational Pharmacology: Drive in vivo pharmacology studies and preclinical packages to support clinical development.

Oversee DMPK and toxicology functions, ensuring optimal integration of PK/PD and ADME data.

Project Management: Select, manage, and collaborate with leading CROs to deliver high-quality and timely results.

Design and interpret in vitro assays and in vivo models to support program objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with discovery and chemistry teams to optimize lead compounds.

Contribute to biomarker identification and translational studies to advance programs to clinical development.

Regulatory Contributions: Support regulatory submissions, including authoring pharmacology sections for INDs and CTAs.

What We're Looking For: Experience: 10+ years in pharmacology, DMPK, or toxicology, with a focus on oncology and small molecules.

Technical Expertise: Demonstrated track record in in vivo models, PK/PD, and biomarker integration.

Leadership: Strong background in CRO management and cross-functional team leadership.

Education: Ph. D. , PharmD, or DVM in Pharmacology or a related field.

Communication: Exceptional ability to convey complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
