We have the clear ambition to become the uncontested leading European provider of integrated, end-to-end HR solutions for all organizations and workers. To realize this ambition we are currently looking for an experienced Head of Portfolio Management Italy.
Your Role:
You are responsible for building strong market-driven value propositions, business cases, and go-to-market plans within your market that bring together our unique combination of software, service, and data solutions.
Collaborate with segment/domain owners and market leaders to drive sustainable business growth. By aligning sales objectives with our software and services capabilities, you'll contribute to revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term profitability. Optimize go-to-market initiatives to achieve a strong solution market fit and maximize market penetration.
Leveraging deep market expertise and informed by research and continuous market validation, you will serve as a strategic advisor to the management team, fostering alignment between marketing, sales, presales, CET, product, and M&A functions.
You will drive key portfolio processes including the long-term plan and strategic market plan and lead the investment portfolio process for your market.
You have a continuous eye on the market to optimize and streamline our portfolio.
You will advocate for a well-integrated software and services offering, ensuring a cohesive customer experience by aligning all touchpoints across domains and organizational units, such as CET, products, and sales. Additionally, you will drive the creation of a future-proof digital customer journey and set the highest customer experience standards.
You represent SD Worx at both internal and external events, sharing your expertise and insights.
You are a true team player and challenging views, sharing expertise and encouraging intrapreneurship comes naturally to you.
You will play a pivotal role in driving the evolution of our portfolio management processes, both at the country level and across the organization. By collaborating closely with segment & domain owners, you will create a dynamic market perspective. Additionally, Market Portfolio Management functions as an ambassador of the portfolio in the market.
You will report to the Group VP Portfolio Management and the Italian market leader.
You will be based in Italy and are willing to travel up to 20%.
Our ideal candidate…
Brings proven experience (+3Y) in payroll services and strategic B2B portfolio/product management (+6Y) in the European HR market or a strong experience in strategic management consulting (+6Y).
Has strategy development for product and service offerings in a digital context for breakfast.
Is an intrapreneur who truly takes on commitment and delivers.
Has the capability to drive business (model) innovation in a complex technology and compliance environment.
Is decisive backed by numbers and expertise.
Has a first experience in people management.
Always sees the bigger picture, looking forward to realize the overall strategy of our company.
Is a strong internal and external networker with a natural presence that generates impact at all levels.
As a critical analytical mind, contributes to the continuous challenging of the status quo and fuels innovation.
Can take the lead for portfolio management in our local partnership and M&A initiatives.
Has strong knowledge of the Italian HCM and payroll market.
Is a true team player. One for all, all for one!
Has experience in portfolio pricing and pricing research. Certification is a strong plus.
Is native Italian and fluent in English (spoken and written), other EU languages are a strong plus.
