The company is committed to integrating in vivo and in vitro pharmacology to accelerate the path from research to clinical development, having previously leveraged their technology to take drugs to IND from Discovery in less than 18 months.

JOB ROLE As the Head of Preclinical Pharmacology, you will lead a multidisciplinary team in driving strategic research projects, supporting the development of therapeutic candidates.

Your responsibilities will include leading the execution and strategy of discovery biology and preclinical pharmacology.

You will play a key role in shaping research priorities, driving innovation, and ensuring scientific excellence across all projects.

ABOUT YOU You will excel in this role if you have: Over 10 years of experience in preclinical research, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Director).

Expertise in both in vivo (animal models, pharmacokinetics, toxicology) and in vitro (cell culture, assay development, high-throughput screening) research.

A strong track record of leading preclinical pharmacology teams and delivering strategic objectives as a passionate people leader.

Experience with regulatory documentation, including IND and NDA submissions.
