**Position Summary**:

As the Head of Process Engineering - Formation, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the formation processes within the battery gigafactory project.

You will lead a team of skilled engineers and technicians, ensuring the efficient and effective formation of high-quality batteries.

Your role will involve developing, implementing, and continuously improving formation processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation in battery formation technology.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

**Process Optimization**: Develop and optimize battery formation processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and yield, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

**Technical Leadership**: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the formation engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in process engineering, with a focus on battery formation processes in a manufacturing environment.

Strong background in lithium-ion battery technology, with expertise in formation processes, equipment, and materials.

Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional engineering teams.

Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
