YOUR ROLE
You will be part of the Central Construction team, a worldwide team dedicated to the design and construction of the new infrastructure and facilities necessary for the manufacturing. You will join the team dedicated to the Agrate site, following all the phases of the new projects, from conceptual design to detailed design, construction, start-up and commissioning of the new facilities.
You will be the leader of the process team, grouping the UPW, WWT, gas, chemical and air treatment disciplines. As a team leader you will be responsible to coordinate the activities of the team ensuring a good collaboration and an efficient sharing of the information among the people of the team and with the other team leaders of the group. You will support the team members in defining the new projects needs according to the production tools requirements and, working with the other disciplines involved in the team, to provide all the information necessary to the possible Contractors to fulfill their scope of work within the timing and the budget agreed. You will act as Process Leader, and in this role you will
Support the definition of the basic design related to process disciplines for new projects
Support the preparation of the specifications for the process disciplines
Support the validation of technical documentation and quotation provided by the Contractors
Support the team ensuring that the installation activities, carried out by contractor personnel, are compliant with specifications, safety and environmental rules and any applicable STMicroelectronics standard and good practices
Contribute to on-time execution of process installation, with follow-up of works, highlighting any deviation versus the specifications and/or schedule
Participate to periodic meetings and be constantly updated about process activities progress with suppliers and STMicroelectronics project team
Contribute to the collection of documentation related to the process disciplines
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Candidates that best fit this role should have/be:
(minimum) Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, industrial engineering, chemistry or other technically equivalent degree
(preferred) master degree in chemical engineering, industrial engineering, chemistry or other technically equivalent degree
(preferred) experience in team management
(preferred) experience or knowledge of process systems for microelectronics or pharmaceutical production sites
able to read and understand mechanical, electrical and instrumental schematics
(preferred) knowledge of Autocad and 3D modeling softwares (i. e. Revit, Navisworks, …)
Good analysis, problem solving, synthesis and reporting capabilities
Good teamwork ability
Good communication and documentation skills
Good knowledge of English language both written and spoken
