renewable energy GmbH, is responsible for the development, sales and implementation of Energy Solutions for international commercial and industrial clients.

Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in Italy and are currently looking for a

**Head of Procurement and Logistics (f/m/d) (located in Verona / smart working)

**What You Will Do**:

- You are responsible for the technical procurement of our goods needed for our business in Italy in close alignment with the functional lead from central Procurement in Germany

- You are responsible for the subcontractor agreements in alignment with project management

- You are responsible for the negotiation for better contracts with existing suppliers as well as sourcing new suppliers

- You coordinate all the logistics activities both individually or together with project managers and/or the central logistics team

- You support in developing strategic options to improve our cost structure at the interface to central Procurement, Logistics, Sales, Project Management and Operations & Maintenance

- You initiate and coordinate talks with existing and new suppliers individually or together with central Procurement in Germany

- You develop and secure volume and price forecasts and commitments with the suppliers

- You take part on internal and external events and interest group meetings to be up to date on sourcing developments in our industry

**What You Bring**:

- You have a completed bachelor or master's degree education with technical background - electrical AC background is a benefit

- You bring along minimum 5 years of experience in the procurement sector, ideally with goods needed in the energy business like PV-/ Battery-/ Charging assets

- You have very good IT knowledge, especially the MS Office tools, Sharepoint -Salesforce would be beneficial

- You are fluent speaking and excellent written in Italian and English

- You have excellent skills in communication, time management and conflict resolution

- You have already managed a small team in a disciplinary capacity

- You are an independent, flexible, proactive person, who can prioritize, meet tight deadlines and able to manage work without supervision

- You are a team worker who embodies the company's core values

- You are technically and digitally inclined
