**Job Summary

- Define of the targets and roadmap of Product & Manufacturing Engineering team in line with OP and company goals.

Assign activities and responsibilities to the different teams of the function, monitor the improvement with specific KPIs.

- Collaborate in the definition of the function budget in term of HR, Capex & Opex based on forecasts, bookings and product mix.

- As responsible of new product industrialization, supervise the proper information transfer form Design data to Manufacturing data.

Plan all the phases of the industrialization process in sync with all the other departments (Engineering, Project Management, Quality Assurance, etc).

Daily monitor the advancing of the activities and facilitate the interaction of the other Operations functions.

- Collaborate with HR and Operation Manager in the definition of the salary and benefits plan of Product & Manufacturing Engineering team Provide the annual staff evaluation.

- Supervise and promote the continuous improvement of process, procedures and tools of the function.

**Qualification and Skills

**Required Skills**:

- Technical master's degree

- Knowledge in Electronic process related with PCBS and board assembly.

- Proved Management skills in Engineering o Product Engineering team

- Knowledge of 9001 and 9100 process and Regulations systems

- English Language (written and spoken): B1 or greater;

- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and APQP methodology

- Use of Office tools

- Work passion and smart learning attitude.

Optional Skills

- Electronic Engineering master's degree,

- Knowledge of mechanical process and surface treatments,

- Basic knowledge in glowing, soldiering and crimp,

- Basic knowledge in electronic components,

- Basic knowledge in optical physical basics,

- Basic knowledge in FOG architecture,

- Experience with Inertial Navigation Systems,

- Experience in Aerospace business.
