We are seeking a talented** Head of Product **to lead our product management and design teams in **developing and launching innovative mental health products **that meet customer needs and drive company growth.

You will work closely with the Head of Technology and report directly to the Managing Director.

- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 3 years as Head of Product or equivalent

- Proven track record of successfully launching digital products

- Experience managing teams of product managers and designers, as well as cross-functional teams

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

- Proficient in both English and Italian

- Empathy and compassion for individuals struggling with mental health issues

- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across teams

- Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks

- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

- Strong decision-making skills and ability to take calculated risks

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products

- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

- Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best work

**Preferred experience include**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

**As Head of Product you will**:

- Lead the product management and design teams in developing and launching innovative features / products that meet customer needs and drive company growth

- Develop and execute the product roadmap, ensuring that product development aligns with company strategy and goals

- Define and communicate product requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the mental health tech industry, and identify opportunities for product innovation

- Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to end-of-life

- Manage and mentor the product management and design teams, providing guidance on product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution

- Develop and manage the product budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet business goals

- Partner with finance and executive leadership to forecast and track product revenue and expenses

- Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve efficiency in product development and management

- Lead hiring efforts for the product management and design teams, ensuring that the company attracts and retains top talent

- Develop and implement effective onboarding and training programs for new hires

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to share new ideas and insights

- Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in mental health tech
