DESCRIPTIONJob summaryEU Marketing and Prime is looking for a Principal Product Manager who will be responsible for the strategy and vision for expansion of Marketing and Prime in new EU countries.

You and your team will work backwards from the customer in these new EU countries, develop the user requirements, work with global technical teams to draft the product roadmap and lead the execution of these launches.

This role is inherently cross-functional; you will work closely with engineering, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to bring products to market, develop and grow business opportunities, and enhance our Marketing and Prime customer experience. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Extensive relevant product management experience; ideally including engineeringexperience Experience leading discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Experience writing product requirements (Business Requirements, Use Cases, etc. )

Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Bachelor's DegreePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS MBA Experience hiring and developing high performing product managers.

Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.

Strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience engaging and influencing senior executives.

Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and project management counterparts to deliver online products/services.

Resourceful, customer focused, and team oriented.
