), (3) operational & organizational improvement. The HPT is the right hand of the CEO to ensure complex and cross-functional goals are met, identifying the transformation roadmap with the Project Director Expansion and the HIG COO.

The CEO and the HPT will agree on the roll-out of the transformation roadmap in line with business goals, resources, and timeline. The HPT leads a small Terminal Development team supplemented with ad hoc resources, primarily leading through others, guiding and supporting senior management and project managers to deliver successfully.

The HPT provides oversight of all transformation and development projects within the entity. What you can expectEnsure the Transformation Roadmap is deliveredTranslate the high-level business goals into actionable tasks/projectsLead your team, guide the senior management team, support the CEORegularly follow up and report-out status of critical projectsProvide oversight of project management and contentLiaise internally (senior management, Expansion team) and externally (public stakeholders)Adjust projects to changing business environmentComply with all safety and security rules and regulations, lead by exampleSupport the department and business unit where requiredFollow the corporate authority matrix and contract compliance guidelinesActively identify improvement opportunitiesWhat you bring to the tableGood English (Italian & German are plusses)Experience (10+ years) leading various fields (e. g.

operations, technical, IT, etc.

)Experience (5+ years) in combined infrastructure, technology, and people industryExperience leading projects (> €1M,> 1 year, multiple internal/external stakeholders)Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable in the boardroom and in the server roomProcess & logic-driven mentality, clear safety leadershipPort/terminal experience is a plusThe ideal candidate has a valid EU working permit and is willing to relocate to Trieste on short notice.
