**About the role**:
Reporting to Acma's Chief Executive Officer, the Head of Project Managers is responsible for ensuring effective management of projects and for make-to-order P&L, together with the achievement of job order margin targets and on-time delivery for Customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Planning, monitoring and management from project sale to the installation of the machinery at the customer's site;
- Supervising ACMA projects, ensuring that project deliverables meet technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost requirements;
- Coordinating Project Managers Team on projects' deployment during all the phases: scheduling, resources, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reports, and troubleshooting;
- Ensuring the proper processing of orders up to the product delivery: scheduling all the activities, in consultation with other departments, to ensure adherence to agreed timelines and deadlines with other departments and customers;
- Monitoring performance, schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions, and managing projects to ensure completion on time, according to specifications, and within budgeted costs.
**What you need to be successful**:
- Master's Degree in Engineering or related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in Project Management in structured companies;
- Fluent in English, both written and oral;
- PMP certification will be considered a plus;
- Strong Management, leadership and people management skills;
- Lean thinking, negotiation, decision-making, problem-solving, teamwork.
