**Your responsibilities and tasks**:

- Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and QMS requirements.

- Advancing quality achievements and performance improvement throughout the organization.

- Managing the development and implementation of the QMS for planning, fabrication, inspection, documentation, and operations activities.

- Planning duties within the QA/QC staff and related work schedules; align on regional demands;

- Identifying and developing QA/QC personnel certification requirements and continuing education/training needs;

- Providing leadership, mentorship, and direction of all QA/QC personnel;

- Monitor and determine appropriate staffing levels to meet demands.

- Managing plant integrity through a failure analysis reporting system and following up on recommendations, develops and/or maintains a system for NCR reporting, including a feedback loop to engineering;

- Support strategic procurement in the qualification of appropriate GEA suppliers;

**Your profile and qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Manufacturing emphasis in QA or QC, a related technical field, or equivalent industrial experience.

- Minimum 3 years work experience in QA/QC, preferably in a manufacturing environment Superior organizational ability with leadership experience at a senior level, expertise to plan and organize teams in an international environment.

- Good working knowledge of FDA/ EHEDG Guidelines and Welding codes and standards, as well as International QMS rules and regulations, preferably also international standards.

- Familiar with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)

- Very Good English language communication skills, both verbal and written

- Willingness to travel internationally.
