Reporting directly to the Head of Compliance Governance, Transformation & Culture is responsible for the development and implementation of inspection activities - based on structured methodology and the adoption of an approach based on data analytics - for the detection of gaps, and the deliver valuable outcomes in order to ensure the compliance of E2E processes with quality standards.

The activity of Compliance Quality Assurance is a globally centralized independent testing program.

The structure breaks down as follows:

Requisiti Main Responsibilities

Define and maintain a robust Quality Assurance standard and QA Program

Based on Risk Assessment, develop the Quality Assurance Plan

Assess Compliance processes (including AML/FS, ABC, COI, MiFID II, Banking transparency, CDD/KYC and Data Protection) in the Group Legal entities, identifying root causes and corrective measures.

Monitoring the compliance risks and the status of the corrective actions

Document Quality Assurance activities with internal reporting towards the relevant functions and Governing Bodies

Provide training on lesson learned and best practices detected in the assessments

Bust continuing education on new solutions, technology, and skills

Engaged and expire people of team

Built effective relationships with key business partners:

Business, local Management, Compliance/ AFC, Risk Management, Internal Audit, as well as Data & Technology

Maintain knowledge of the industry best practices

Qualifications and Skills

Extensive (around 15 yrs) international experience in Internal Audit and/or Compliance Quality, with significant experience within regulated environment

Solid knowledge on compliance Risks (AML, FS, Mifid, ABC, Data Protection.

)

Knowledge of quality assurance methods, and tools and full understanding of the Business processes of CIB, Retail, Corporate, Private & Wealth

Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, Quality Engineer, or Quality Auditor

Solid knowledge of end-to-end Compliance processes analyses and robust critical thinking

Extensive experience of leading, motivating and developing people/teams.

Excellent oral and written communication, facilitation skills and ability to present confidently

Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Familiar with data analytics and with sophisticated and integrated risk management processes and tools

Outstanding of both written and spoken English.

Italian or, Croatian, or German or Serbian would be an advantage
