We are currently looking for a Head of Quality Control for our HQ in Parma.

He/She is responsible for coordinating operational quality control activities on the projects and overseeing projects performance.

Duties and Responsibilities: Ensures QC supervision on projects, coordinating the resources dedicated to the Projects for an effective and timely support during execution activities; Ensures implementation on all the abroad sites (Branches, Projects, Local Entities) of the corporate management systems both commercial and home made; Is the company reference for QC aspects, for their rational organization and correspondence to the inspection system and the required controls (as per ITP e QCP); Ensures the timely planning and preparation of the project QA/QC documents; Provides the Head of the Quality Dept.

with an adequate and timely information on the QC projects performance and on the KPI's of the construction activities, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting corrective actions; Participates in significant Non-Conformity reviews and to the planning of projects quality audits (including suppliers and subcontractors), verifying the effective implementation of the actions; Supports the initial phases of the projects by coordinating training activities for staff in charge of the use of quality software for managing of the project; Carries out coaching activities for project colleagues, promoting the dissemination and standardization of QC Best Practices.

Requirements: 8-10 years experience with a preference for Oil&Gas sector; Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering; Fluent in English; Willingness to travel both in Italy and abroad.
