We are looking for the Head of the Quality Control Department for Turin's Assembly, Integration and Tests (AIT).

You will have direct responsibility and accountability for the Quality Inspectors Team (10-20 employees).

In close relationship with operational Departments and Quality Assurance, you ensure the required level of Quality in all activities executed, and lead continuous improvement.

You are part of the AIT leadership team.

AIT Directorate in Turin is supporting the Exploration and Science Business Domain, which delivers scientific satellites to institutional customers as well as manned and unmanned spacecraft for Space exploration.

The strong growth of the business requires AIT to ramp-up its activity rapidly.

Key Performance Indicators (not an exhaustive list) Your main objectives will be:

To support projects AIT providing qualified Inspectors To develop your team, both in competence and volume, to support the business growth To contribute to the application of Lean and Industry 4. 0 process and tools within AIT Principal Relationships Your main relationships will be with the following:

10 years experience of Quality Control in High Technical Industry (Space, Aeronautics) Good experience of the Space quality standards Demonstrated human resources management capability Demonstrates role-model behaviours in accordance with the company's Leadership Model:
