We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Quality, EHS and Facilities to join our team in Water Treatment Italy, a recently acquired Grundfos company with a head office in Cadriano, Italy. With the acquisition of Culligan Commercial & Industrial in Italy, France, and the UK in September 2024, we have expanded our water treatment portfolio to meet the diverse needs of industries, ensuring superior water quality and efficient solutions combined with Grundfos' world-renowned capabilities in pump technology. This powerful combination will offer even greater benefits to our customers.

In this role, you will ensure our products and services exceed customer expectations, maintain consistent quality standards, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. You will also define and drive the strategy and performance in health, safety, energy, and environment, and ensure the effective and smooth operation of our company's facilities.

Your main responsibilities:

Quality Management:

Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system. Conduct quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and promote continuous improvement. Analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization. Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS):

Propose and implement the EHS strategy for the area of responsibility. Develop EHS policies and programs in compliance with local and company standards. Identify EHS risks and plan strategies to mitigate them. Manage environmental projects from planning to completion, ensuring regulatory compliance. Coordinate EHS training and development programs for all organizational levels. Facilities Management:

Support production teams by ensuring a conducive working environment. Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for plants and sales offices. Manage human, financial, and material resources in compliance with the budget and regulations, optimizing them. Leadership:

Lead and motivate the team, providing constructive feedback and fostering an atmosphere of trust. Implement Grundfos' policies and initiatives, including HR management, sustainable development, and innovation. Be an excellent leader, motivator, and positively influence the organization. We imagine that you have:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality & EHS management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred (required). 5-10 years of experience in quality management roles in an international and matrix environment (required). Excellent knowledge of workplace health and safety, environment, and energy-saving standards. Strong knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing. Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to positively influence the organization. What's in it for you?
