**Main Purpose of the Role

Head of refurbishing operations of used trucks being responsible for the entire Value Stream Flow up to Delivery to Customer keeping Safety, People, Timing, Costs & Quality aligned to the P&L expectations.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:

**Main Duties

- Manage daily operations overseeing the entire Value Stream Flow

- Oversee and manage continuous improvement initiatives based on 5S and lean manufacturing

- Set and manage daily KPI's

- Manage budget and work towards lowering costs

- Manage production throughput vs plan

- Manage internal and external relations with distribution network

**Qualifications/Experience Required

- Degree as mechanical / management engineer and/or comparable qualification & experience

- 2+ years of experience in a fast paced competitive manufacturing environment

**Desirable

- Experience in workshop or in refurbishing activity

- Experience overseeing a team of 20+ operators
