Your Opportunity: Operating for Alexander McQueen RTW & SA categories and reporting to the RTW & SA Operations Director, you will manage all activities related to bulk production from the Purchasing of Raw Materials (fabrics & trimmings) to the launch of Production orders until the delivery of Finished Products to distribution warehouses.

You will interface with various teams including Merchandising, Sales, Demand Planning, Pattern Making, Product Development, Industrialization, Quality management, warehouses, Raw Material Suppliers, and Finished Goods Vendors to ensure bulk production delivery aligns with defined internal KPIs.

How Will You Contribute?

Oversee the complete bulk production process, from Raw Material Purchasing to Planning and Production Control for both procurement processes, BUY and MAKE.

Create and define the internal seasonal planning calendar to ensure KPI achievement involving all related departments.

Coordinate the production allocation process considering all relevant factors (capacity, quality, costs & lead-times) and involving all relevant departments.

Define the Master Production Plan together with the related internal teams.

Master the vendor portfolio and oversee the development of strong partnerships with external partners for Raw Material and Finished Goods.

Vendor rating and development.

Actively take part in strategic roundtables regarding the sourcing strategy.

Lead and develop 3 teams: the Raw Material Purchasing team, the Planning team, and the Production Control Team.

Define and monitor bulk production KPIs and related reporting.

Participate in strategic projects and work on continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills: Demonstrated desired Alexander McQueen behaviors.

Previous experience in similar roles, preferably within the Fashion Industry.

Experience as a people manager.

Degree in Engineering or Economics.

Strong communication skills.

Highly organized, able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

High analytical skills.

Fluent in English and Italian.

Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with Stealth, SAP, and Production Management systems is desired.
