What You'll Do: Strategy definition : Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.
Sales Plan Development : Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the CRO and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning.
Land and expand : Build process and funnel for manual top-down reachout, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
Work collaboratively across teams : Collaborate with Delivery, Product, and Marketing.
Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.
Flow Management : Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
Relationship management : Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
Goals achievement and selling activities : Lead the Sales team to reach the target and be a sales passionate person who personally handles sales and closes deals.
Who We're Looking For: Proven experience : At least 10 years of experience in Sales, preferably in tech or digital companies.
Sales driven person : Excellent sales skills and a person who wants to sell first-hand.
Excellent leadership skills : Proven experience leading sales teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
Digital accessibility knowledge : A strong interest or experience in the digital accessibility sector is a plus.
Analytical skills : Skilled in analyzing data and KPIs to make data-driven decisions.
Languages : Fluent in French and English (C1 or higher); other European languages are a plus.
