Your tasks: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business growth. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape within the legal tech sector to inform strategic decisions. Set and manage KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics for the sales team. Ensure a strong pipeline of opportunities by optimizing lead generation and conversion strategies. Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team. Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance the team's skills and performance. Foster a results-driven, collaborative, and innovative sales culture. Client & Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the legal industry. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction. Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring customer needs are met. Sales Operations & Reporting: Utilize CRM and sales analytics tools to track sales performance and drive data-driven decision-making. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management. Optimize sales processes and implement best practices for efficiency and effectiveness. Profile required: Ideally, you have:
Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the legal tech or SaaS industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Experience with CRM software (e. g. , Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools. Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to sales.
