This role is astrategic leadership position, with a70% focus on team management and 30% as an individual contributor. We are also open to consideringSales Team Leaderswho are ready to take the next step into a full Sales Manager role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to scale their leadership impact while remaining commercially hands-on. You'll be responsible for managing a team offour Enterprise Account Executives, driving revenue growth, andclosing high-value dealswith enterprise retailers and e-commerce businesses. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4 Enterprise Account Executives, ensuring they achieve and exceed targets.
Sales Strategy:Define and execute the sales strategy fore-commerce and BNPL solutionsacross Italy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Revenue Growth:Own and drive sales performance, ensuring the team delivers on ambitious revenue and acquisition targets.
Enterprise Sales:Engage in high-priority enterprise deals, building relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Coaching & Performance Management:Provide ongoing training, guidance, and performance feedback to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.
Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Partnerships, and Product to optimize sales processes and messaging.
Market Expansion:Identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the e-commerce and payments industry to drive company growth. What We're Looking For7+ years of sales experience, with at least2+ years managing a teamin the e-commerce, payments, or BNPL industry.
OR2+ years of experience as aSales Team Leader, ready to step into a Sales Manager role.
Proven track record ofleading high-performing sales teamsandclosing enterprise-level deals.
Strong knowledge of theItalian e-commerce and retail market, with established relationships in the industry.
A data-driven and strategic mindset with the ability toanalyze sales performance and optimize processes.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on leadership style – willing tocoach, inspire, and lead by example.
