With an international headquarters and presence in several countries, they have a strong footprint in their segment. For the Italian market, we are supporting them in identifying the new Head of Sales – Country Manager, based in Italy. Job Responsibilities: Oversee commercial and operational activities in the region. Estimate and develop strategies, execute the Annual Business/Sales Plan, and achieve market share objectives as per corporate strategy. Measure consumer and trade satisfaction, seek customer feedback, and implement improvements for product enhancement. Define strategies for R&D and product development management, working with HQ and QC. Monitor the market and conduct effective market analysis. Requirements: Significant experience in the B2B market, particularly in Personal Care, Fine Fragrances, and Home Care. Strong financial acumen, a strategic mindset, and extensive experience in the Italian market with P&L responsibility. Excellent commercial, management, and organizational skills. Proficient English skills. Location: Initially home-based, the candidate will later be involved in opening new offices in Italy and leading the hiring project.
