**Head of Sales EMEA-India & Pacific - Hair Care**:
JOB MISSION

Your mission will be to leading the Europe, Middle East Africa, India and Pacific International Business Partnerships team to do their best, giving constant inspiration to Davines Partners and colleagues, creating solutions to reach Davines' goals, sustainably growing our markets in line with the Group values.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To develop and ensure the sustainable growth of our Partners in distribution for the assigned territories, through excellent business development, leveraging commercial strategies and services;
To master the regional budget, projects, data, actions and objectives, keeping the focus on Company priorities/strategy lead;
To define and execute an accurate and profitable distribution strategy for the assigned countries, setting sales objectives in line with the Division's targets, and monitoring that standards are maintained;
To ensure alignment of commercial actions with the Davines Brand image and values, ensuring coordination and efficiency of operations across the different markets;
To develop a sales and growth strategy focused on financial gain, optimal resources management and customer excellence by leading each distribution contract (existing and new);
To find business opportunities and negotiate new potential distributors and partnerships in uncovered or existing territories;
To reinforce and expand the network of the Davines Brand, maintaining and building further productive relationships with distributors and our Community;
To coach, support and develop excellent regional and local teams through people management processes and day-to-day leadership;
To foster cross-functional collaboration amongst sales, commercial and education functions for the assigned region, working effectively alongside the functional managers to align on solutions;
To identify and share best practices across the markets, enabling others to leverage them.
PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
8-10 years' work experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role, on an international position, in the Haircare professional industry;
Proven ability to build sustainable relationships/partnerships and connections with people;
Proven experience in leading and coaching people, and in reaching goals with cross-functional teams;
Deep market knowledge with strong analytical skills;
Excellent organization, time management and planning skills in complex contexts;
Fluency in English is mandatory; speaking at least another foreign language will be an asset;
Availability to travel around 50% of the time and to come to Parma on a regular basis.
The role can be based preferably in Parma or in one of the countries of the Region managed.
