Your areas of responsibilities: Control and direct an overall market strategy how to grow CYBEX in the Italian market in coordination with Head of specific categories Oversee and execute sales activities to implement the overall business strategy and meet commercial objectives Lead the Italian Sales Team to maximize sales growth, brand awareness and brand visibility in Italy in accordance with Head of specific categories Develop and maintain long-standing profitable business relationships with our key accounts and ensure constant sales expansion Ensure that all employees are properly trained in skills, product & company knowledge, procedures, standards and systems Monitor and achieve agreed turnover targets incl. regular reporting to GM Maintain the Italian sales forecast and track the budget in coordination with Head of specific categories Provide recommendations to the regional & global marketing team on special programs and initiatives designed for the Italian market to better position the brand and the products Lead, control and direct all business development activities in Italy, with a special focus on driving product launches and establishing new categories Visit customers and willing to travel in Italy and HQ Germany and join fairs and events Ensure compliance in all business transactions with local law and regulations Reference to the Italian general manager You are part of the Italian leadership team Your profile of qualification: University studies of Business Administration and Marketing preferable Several related work experience, preferably in the area of Luxury Industry Retail, Wholesale, FMCG, Sports and Fashion Experience in setting up new operations and developing structures is a must Fluent in Italian (mother tongue) and Business English Extensive brand marketing and sales know-how both at strategic and operational level Experience of increasing turnover and profitability as well as successfully managing P&Ls, budgets and sales growth Knowledge of operating standards and processes, with a 'can do' approach Positive, proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit, ideally experienced with Start-ups Down to earth and hands-on Goal oriented, Strong Networker Excellent communication and negotiation skills Dynamic and enthusiastic Can do and winning spirit Ability to cope pressure and meet the needs of a demanding changing/growing international business CYBEX operates globally and has employees from over nations.
