Motivated with a strong "can do " attitude. Key responsibilities Development and drive of sales strategy for Italy. Management and drive of Pipeline of new customers.
Negotiation of commercial conditions with new and existing customers.
Weekly/Monthly Reporting on Italy Performance.
Collaboration with Revenue Management, Commercial XML optimisation, Product Collaboration with Contracting teams to ensure the right product is available to customers.
Report on Market trends and development.
Collaborate with Accounts Receivables to ensure timely payments.
Willingness to travel throughout the allocated region and trade events as per business demand.
Build solid and influential relationships at C-Level with Top clients and tourism companies within Italy to create new sales opportunities. Represent the company at Fairs, Trade Shows, conferences, and client events with the aim of increasing the profile of the company. The skills we would love to see in your suitcase!Minimum 3 years Sales & Team management experience.
Successful C level negotiation experience. Native Italian and fluent English, other language is an advantage.
Experience and understanding of API/XML technical integrations.
The ideal candidate has an established network in the travel sector in Italy. Wholesale & retail segments with previous experience working within the travel.
