Head Of Sales - Italy
The person will be responsible for the commercial management of existing accounts, ensuring effective and focused business management and strategic planning to drive growth across the accounts and also will identify, pitch and secure new opportunities with new partners that enhance the category growth.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Manage the annual plan developing licensee objectives and initiatives to drive growth, working with franchise, marketing and product development.
- Evaluate licensee base and drive an optimisation plan to ensure effective and focused business management and strategic planning to support growth across categories.
- Identify, pitch and secure new licensees that enhance the category growth in a substantial manner.
- Support the developing of strategic moodboards and products mockups ad-hoc for each potencial client.
- Ability to be agile in order to capitalise on the momentum and identify new opportunities and target partners.
- Excellent commercial and strategic approaches to problem solving and innovation.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
- Strong presentation skills to present ideas, concepts and moodboards.
- A desirable background in fashion buying and product development, merchandising or commercial fashion sales.
- Degree level education in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience within consumer products management.
- In-depth knowledge of the market trends that move the world of fashion.
- Languages: English (C1).
Spanish is a plus.
