Pursue Excellence, The Team:The sales team in Italy, Spain, Portugal for Stokke is essential for expanding market presence, managing customer relationships, and promoting the brand.
They develop sales and distribution channels, train retail staff, and implement marketing initiatives.
The team coordinates with customer service to ensure high satisfaction, gathers market intelligence for strategic decisions, and maintains selective distribution policies.
They use tools like SalesForce for reporting and performance tracking, contributing to Stokke's global strategy and ensuring operational efficiency to support the brand's promise.
The Position: Head of Sales Italy and IberiaAs Head of Sales Italy and Iberia, you will drive growth in Italy, Spain, and Portugal, developing sales channels in line with Stokke's global strategies.
You will lead the sales team and collaborate with marketing, eCommerce, customer service, and finance functions.
Please note this is a field-based role and we would ideally hire individuals based in Milan, Rome, Madrid, or Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities:Expand Stokke's brand presence and market share by understanding local consumers. Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve strategic goals. Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and regional operations. Monitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth. Optimize sales channels and ensure efficiency across all touchpoints. Oversee CRM strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Manage budgets efficiently and drive revenue growth. Foster talent development and implement career growth initiatives. Ensure compliance with regulations and risk management best practices. Integrate sustainability initiatives into business operations. Better Together, The Ideal Profile:MBA or equivalent business education. Proven leadership in sales, commercial enterprise, or business development. Experience in multi-channel environments, including digital and physical sales. Strong consumer insights and digital marketing expertise. Financial acumen and resource optimization skills. Strategic mindset with excellent cross-functional collaboration. Please note a strong professional understanding of English, Italian, and/or Spanish is required for this role.
