- Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of workers engaged in promoting and selling Office Printing Product and Services through channel partners;

- managing and directing a sales force to achieve the set targets;

- working closely with marketing to design and implement local promotional activity plan within channel partners;

- identifying and analyzing organization's strengths and weaknesses, and responding to opportunities in sales environment;

- set sales strategy based on market trends and channel performance.

**What we ask**:

- Experience (8-10) in managing sales teams in multinational contexts

- Background in Office Printing and Technology Products and Services.

- Excellent knowledge of the Italian market and Partner Ecosystem, with particular reference to strong knowledge of Distributors Channel

- Proven People Management skill to drive the sales team to success

- Excellent communication skills and standing

- Goal-oriented orientation, analytical and negotiation skills

- Professional use of the English language for relationships with multinational clients
