**Purpose of role
Manage & coordinate efficiently, together with the team, the sell out in off trade channel to increase sales rate, visibility, in market execution and distribution of our brands.
Develop our business in terms of volume, value, availability, visibility and profitability, grabbing all the opportunities offered by the market and the customers/pocs.
Develop, Monitor and implement the activities planned by trade marketing / sales, improve sell out KPIs (secondary displays, shelf share, oos, distribution).
Keep building and develop talented team to provide future organization pipeline.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coach field sales managers and store activators to improve sell out KPI;
- Build up and monitor poc panel to visit x each In-store account to enlarge our brands distribution;
- Coordinate requests of the NAM & KAM to increase volume sales of the most important pocs and execution compliance;
- Gather information from the market to improve sell out KPI;
- Implement commercial agreements with the Pocs and support Trade Marketing to implement sell out activities in order to increase volume sales rate;
- Customers visits with Nam / key account manager;
- Manage external agency;
- Poc mapping;
- Transformation and efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- University degree (preferably economics);
- Fluent in English;
- Commercial experience in beverage;
- Experience in people management;
- Marketing/Trade Marketing knowledge and Off Trade structure knowledge;
- Good Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook knowledge and analytical tools;
- Familiar to database management, analysis and presentation tools;
- Target oriented e problem solving;
- Negotiation skills and great interpersonal and communication skills.
