Reporting to one of the founders, you will drive both the strategy and end-to-end process for development of key strategic partnerships, including identification of opportunities, pipeline development/management, strategic relationship development, negotiation and closing, and the day-to-day management of established partnerships.

**About your role
- Own, develop and manage global relationships with key strategic partners
- Develop strategic direction to create, improve and/or expand existing Ankorstore partnership programs
- Act as the lead expert on negotiation strategy and execution of partner related contracts ensuring exclusivity to innovative brand programs
- Demonstrate positive ROI on partner related activities and programs
- Create and deploy Partnerships toolkits and guidelines & best practices to the company
- Budget management & oversight
- Provide input and direction to sales, marketing, product/tech, support teams, brands and markets as it relates to partner activities.
- Own all executional components of partnerships - roll out, internal/external communications, tracking
- Manage team reporting and scorecard, as well as deployment of these metrics to key stakeholders and senior management
**Preferred Experience
- 8+ years of experience with new strategic partnerships for consumer-facing, web services programming
- Experience with company-wide collaboration with senior leadership and team members, the analysis and evaluation of potential benefits, partnership cadences and reporting, tracking-to-success, meeting orchestration and leadership, and all partner relationship management
- Experience working in collaboration with legal, budgeting, and other requisite teams in the development, and negotiation of complex contracts and familiarity with standard deal structures
- You will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high energy environment and will be a creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for delivering results.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills — you can structure and identify pragmatic answers to complex business questions through analytics
- Strong interpersonal skills (EQ) — you are an excellent communicant & relationship builder, able to be loved by the team across our organisation and resolve conflicts
- Highly organized and demonstrating strong work ethic
- You are humble and like to make others succeed
- You are fluent in English
