**About the role
The Head of Talent Acquisition & Development leads talent strategy for the next phase of growth for Aira. In this role, you will focus on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to support Aira's expansion. You will therefore implement development programs, including mentorship, leadership training, and other initiatives that prepare the company for scaling, particularly in leadership and strategic roles.
**Key** **responsibilities**:
**TALENT ACQUISITION
- **Talent Acquisition strategy**:develop a comprehensive strategy to attract and onboard top-tier talent across all departments with a particular focus on **sales and technical roles **that directly impact Aira's growth target;
- **Team management**: lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists across different HUBs and offices and collaborate with local HRBPs involved in final stages of recruitment;
- **Scalable Processes**: Design and implement scalable talent acquisition and development processes that support lean, high-performing teams and align with Aira's growth;
- **Employer Branding**: Collaborate with global and local marketing team to promote Aira's culture and values, making the company an employer of choice for top talent in our industry;
- **TA digitalization**: together with the TA specialists lead the implementation and/or optimization of TA systems (ATS, Job boards management, LinkedIn Recruiter);
- **Metrics & Reporting**: Track key metrics related to talent acquisition, retention, and development, ensuring that insights are used to optimize processes and achieve growth targets. Regularly report these to HR management team;
**TALENT DEVELOPMENT
- **Employee Trainings program**:based on the budget (A)design and implement development programs, including mentorship, leadership training, and other initiatives that prepare the company for scaling, in particularly in leadership and strategic roles; (B) evaluates, selects, and manages training vendors and service providers for training programs;
- **HRBPs team coordination**: roll-out of trainings and people development initiatives with the local HRBPs
- **Retention Strategy**: Develop strategies to **retain top talent**, ensuring that Aira culture of ownership, accountability, and high performance remains strong as the team grows.
- **Succession Planning**: Work closely with P&C Director to develop and manage succession plans for key roles, ensuring long-term sustainability and leadership continuity.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with local management team and HRBPs to align hiring needs and trainings needs with broader business goals and ensure optimal resource allocation, with a focus on scaling revenue-generating teams.
- Coordinate with other departments/divisions to create, develop and implement a professional career path system.
**Your profile
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, or related HR leadership roles;
- Proven track record of managing talent acquisition for scaling organizations, especially in sales and technical areas (manufacturing, building materials, energy sector);
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing employee development programs such as mentorship and leadership training;
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Hands-on experience managing diverse Talent Acquisition teams across multiple regions or HUBs;
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition and development strategies aligned with business growth objectives;
- Adept at aligning hiring and development initiatives with global HR teams;
- Expertise in designing and executing scalable talent acquisition and development processes;
- Knowledge and experience in implementing and optimizing Talent Acquisition systems (ATS, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter);
- Data-driven decision-making capability, with a focus on tracking, analyzing, and reporting talent metrics to improve processes and outcomes;
- Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across all organizational levels;
