As "Head of Technology Partnership" you will be in charge of supporting the Doxee Platform's ecosystem growth.
The "Head of Technology Partnership" is a pivotal role responsible for developing the Technology Partnership organization, and it's focused on driving the development and management of our strategic partner ecosystem and developing a strong business growth around it, ensuring a relevant revenue stream from the Technology Partners channel, supporting a constant alignment of partners with Doxee's Product Management and Marketing, and regional Sales and Operations teams and naturally develop a strong business growth.

**YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF**:
Mission Statement - Focus and execute on a regional partner strategy to support franchise Technology Partner growth requirements.
Work across Doxee and Partner organization to build a mature and scalable partner network that contributes to Sourced ACV, accelerate sales cycle and deliver multi competency high quality projects.
Supercharge and energize the Doxee partner community providing joint sales execution, joint delivery, partner awareness, training and enablement.
In this role, you will report to the CRO (Chief Revenue Officer) and work closely with the Product Management and Marketing team to extended Alliance and to plan and execute a wide range of partner programs.
- Bring new technology partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners;
- Responsibility will be to develop and drive the execution of revenue-driving programs and initiatives, and for evangelizing Doxee's value proposition within the partner ecosystem and salesforce.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, engineering and product management to deliver on objectives
- Work closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders to leverage existing sales enablement, global partner enablement, services and customer success on messaging, methodology and Doxee best practices
- Be the voice of the partner community in our planning and strategy
- 6+ years of experience with proven success in building and managing Enterprise Software vendor partnerships along with two or more functional areas (e. g. , enterprise sales, channel sales, professional services, or business consulting);
- Experience with API and cloud technologies;
- Ability to capture customer requirements, evaluate gaps, identify and create opportunities;
- Experience working with Salesforce, MSFT and SAP (strategic alliances partners) is preferential;
- Initiative, fast moving with proven track record of finding ways through obstacles;
- Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans;
- Top-notch communication and presentation skills, including experience communicating insights through data with senior-level executives and rallying cross functional teams through inspiration and vision;
- Strong network / references on partner side.
**ABOUT YOU**:
Reporting to the CRO, will strive to increase Doxee market share and attach rate, evangelize partnerships and lead all business interactions.
He will own Sales channel strategy, sell-to, sell-through and sell-with motions across the ecosystem and will drive partner workshops and sales events.
He will also grow the team and drive activity from lead generation to sales enablement and new partner onboarding, delivering mounthly business reviews and joint go-to-market plans with regularity and to a high standard.
**MORE ABOUT YOU**:
- 6+ years of experience with proven success in building and managing Enterprise Software vendor partnerships along with two or more functional areas (e. g. , enterprise sales, channel sales, professional services, or business consulting);
- Experience with API and cloud technologies;
