As the Head of Unit Facility Management at NOI Techpark, you will take on the strategic and operational responsibility for the smooth operation and continuous optimization of the entire infrastructure of NOI Techpark.

You will coordinate all facility-related processes to ensure maximum efficiency, safety, and sustainability.

We entrust this to you: managing and ensuring the optimal operation of all infrastructure and technical facilities within NOI Techparkleading and developing our team, fostering a collaborative work environmentplanning and executing maintenance and repair measuresplanning and monitoring the budget for all facility management-related areasensuring compliance with legal regulations and safety standardscollaborating with external service providers and partners

You have what it takes: a solid technical educationseveral years of experience in a similar role within facility managementexcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsan independent, structured, and service-oriented approach to workteam orientation and strong communication skillsgood IT skills, particularly with MS Office applicationsexcellent knowledge of German and Italian, with sufficient proficiency in EnglishDo you want to keep growing in an inspiring and international working environment?
