As the Head of Unit Facility Management at NOI Techpark, you will take on the strategic and operational responsibility for the smooth operation and continuous optimization of the entire infrastructure of NOI Techpark. You will coordinate all facility-related processes to ensure maximum efficiency, safety, and sustainability. We entrust this to you: managing and ensuring the optimal operation of all infrastructure and technical facilities within NOI Techpark leading and developing our team, fostering a collaborative work environment planning and executing maintenance and repair measures planning and monitoring the budget for all facility management-related areas ensuring compliance with legal regulations and safety standards collaborating with external service providers and partners You have what it takes: a solid technical education several years of experience in a similar role within facility management excellent organizational and problem-solving skills an independent, structured, and service-oriented approach to work team orientation and strong communication skills good IT skills, particularly with MS Office applications excellent knowledge of German and Italian, with sufficient proficiency in English Do you want to keep growing in an inspiring and international working environment?
