Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or university diploma
- Minimum 10 years of working experience within the online marketing field
- Experience in managing a team
- Good understanding of customers' marketing and media strategies
- Solid understanding of the technical foundations of digital advertising
- Demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders with individually developed concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Fluency in Italian and English
Job summary
As a recognized and experienced expert in fast-growing advertising business, you will take responsibility to manage a sales team with a portfolio of leading Auto, Entertainment, Gaming, and Toys companies.
You will advise your team from the initial contact to the long-term development of a partnership.
In doing so, you will act on the same level as senior decision-makers on the customer side and define holistic marketing strategies, leveraging all of Amazon's innovative advertising solutions.
Our goal is to establish and expand long-term business relations, and drive sustainable success for our advertiser customers.
To achieve that, you will completely own the advertising revenue of your team's portfolio and lead the engagement with the most senior contacts within your customers, supported by a cross-functional team of account managers, creative specialists, designers, and other operational teams.
By managing your sales team pipeline independently, gaining a deep understanding of the needs of major brands, and developing convincing solutions you will ensure the achievement of your team short
- and long-term objectives.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop end to end strategy within your sales team.
- Help your team to build and manage an active sales pipeline to ensure that revenue targets will be met.
- Present and sell Amazon Ads products including brand placements, targeting and direct response advertising.
- Develop and help your team deliver a clear strategy for revenue growth within your team of sales.
- Maximize top client relationships with a focus on building their businesses with Amazon.
- Grow relationships at all levels within agencies and increase understanding of how Amazon can create deeper partnerships with both agencies and advertisers.
- Cross collaborate with peers in other countries and internal stakeholders to provide the highest level of customer service is provided to all clients.
- Prior experience with a digital marketer, a media agency, or a marketing responsibility in a leading consumer company with a specific focus on Service Sectors, Entertainment, Automotive or Retail
- Self-motivated team player, with refined and assertive leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple parallel-path projects
